Hey guys, I was just wondering if any of you know of ay particularly great forum-creating programs or websites out there. The only one that I know of is proboards.com, which is decidedly mediocre. Any suggestions?

I think that vBulletin is the best but that costs like $100 or so. The next best thing is PHPBB which you can download and find info on www.phpbb.com (http://www.phpbb.com)

Ok, paying $100 isn't really an option for me, so I think I'll go with phpbb. However, you guys should know that my coding skills are nonexistent; i.e., I have no idea how to program. Does phpbb require any coding?

The only coding i know of is the "setup.php" where you set whta datatbase to use, passwords etc. And that really isnt coding because its explained.
