So my friend is trying to sell his gun....he needs money so he can pay off are team captain for his new cyborg. This is the FreeFlow 03 with the race frame installed. it's a sweet gun, only $625 for the gun (which is cheap as hell for this autococker). and then he is selling me his old mask (need another one), the boomstick system, and his case for another $75...very good deal for what i would be getting..

i've read reviews galore on it and everyone gives the gun a 10 out of 10, since it is a really nice gun..i know that autocockers are very difficult to take care of though.

the FreeFlow comes with a lifetime warranty and free upgrades...and thats a huge plus..

here are some pics of it..

I'm just starting to get into paintball.. Is it automatic, or response trigger?

Kyonye
2004-04-25, 08:48 PM
It is an AutoCocker....just a type of gun..just a semi-auto like every other gun out there that isn't a pump. there is no reponse trigger on it...since the race frame is installed, you can make it automatic because it is an electric frame. so i guess the answer is, no.

It's a nice gun and I've heard nothing but good about it. If you want it get it but I know someone who has it and he takes care of it constantly. it's not one of those guns you can get away with cleaning every 2 or 3 sessions of playing. you gotta clean out after every day of play.

I look at $625 and I see the Sig P226 Navy I've been drooling over. Shit son, you know with that kind of money you can get a hell of a real gun, right?

*edit*
For reference:

Someone breaks into your house, you don't have a gun. HOW WILL YOU SHOOT HIM IN THE HEAD. Eh? ANSWER THAT. Get a real gun. A big gun. With big bullets. That kill. Good.

To each his own Blizz. :) Hell that amount of money could be spent on something for a computer, like a new video card. He's into paintball, you're into real guns. To each his own. :D

Don't get me wrong fellas, I was hardcore into paintball too when I was in highschool. I completely understand spending that kind of money on a tournament marker. I'm just saying I wish I had that cash towards furthering my own armory, that's all.

Ivan

I call them both I can see why some my want to call them Markers but they are what they are. Both is fine with me.

Gotta go with Bliz. I think new gun, I think new P226 in chambered in .357Sig, an AR-15, or a Model 700 based long rifle. Paintball's great, but I love my armory collection these days. (All 2 of them so far)

I'm not looking for respect from my niggaz here.... I didn't realize owning handguns was something akin to watching mtv, making sure I had the right brand and what not... making sure I had what was cool and what isnt. piss off. my friend has a glock, I've fired it, he loves it I love it.. so I'm sold.

Glock's are just the cheap not so nice and great weapons of the pistol community. Also, the exposure they get with the hollywood scene has turned them into the, "Hey, I want to buy a gun, I'll buy a Glock like I saw in (insert new action movie title)" sort of thing, so people just running out and buying Glock's don't get respect for that reason.

If you want a Glock, fine, they're very well crafted firearms. They will work in almost any condition. If that's what you're going for, great. If you want a handgun with any personality whatsoever, then you're barking up the wrong tree, imo.

I'll stick with my S&W Mod.19

If someone breaks in, I can shoot it in the oposite direction, and the intruder will likely die of a massive coronary, or leave a piss trail leading away from the premises. Either works.

What kind of personality are you looking for in your firearm?

I am looking for a reliable, well crafted, concealable, accurate, will work in almost any condition, personality.

Are you looking for a gun to tell you a joke and be the life of the party?

Great marker, great price. I can see no reason why you shouldn't get it.

At worst, you could always resell it for more than $625.

haha, sorry to derail your thread with firearms.

i am certainly not one of the 'no' votes... because, even if it can't kill someone ... it is very shiny.

Kyonye go for that autococker, its a good find. be sure to find a place that can fix/tune it. knowing autocockers you will encounter at least 1 minor issue within the first 10 weeks of its use. I work at a paintball shop, and I have to repair cockers all the time (mostly noobs getting the vert feed for a starter gun  ) but Im not so sure if I can do something like that.

Goddamn it! i want cash! im stuck witha 98c with a flatline barrel, double trigger thingy (cant remember the name), newly installed electric hopper and e trigger, plus a nice buttstock plus a rarely used but useful in certain situation bipod. which is pretty decent but is overall not that great compared to the sechsay son of biotch.

Maybe an average autococker, but definately not the FreeFlow, especially with the Race Frame....but then again, it is all about opinion.
