Yep, what Raiden said. IMO, what you need to have to get and keep a good Outfit going is:

At least one skilled and dedicated technical specialist (What Firefly does in my Outfit). This way, you can have nice forums, which are essential.

A dedicated Teamspeak server: 'Nuff said.

Organized operations.

Good Relations with other Outfits.

yea, when I was in charge of the black hawks (right after a heavy downfall) I was having a hard time getting the rebound. probably because delta kept changing objectives. :mad:

I look at teh site and based on teh roster it seems you guys have enough active people.
