Can't dowload Ask the Devs

Whenever I download the April 22 Ask the Devs, it stops at around 36 minutes... it says it has a connection problem and can't download any more. Is this a problem with my connection?

I'm right clicking the dowload link and clicking "save target as," and it saves 36:55 of it...
