Anyone ever see a Fishbone show? They have this isntrument, it looks like a washing machine with two metal poles coming out if it. It generates noise according to how far your hands are from the poles, and their height along the length (God this sounds so naughty).

It makes this vibrator noise kinda like an old transistor radio trying to tune in.

Yeah. Not a vibraphone but that reminded me of this Fishbone show I saw in Santa Cruz once.

I think he cheated on that one: it seems like the video is sped up. I say that because of how quickly his hand moves away from the guitar at the end.
