i got my madre two CD's she wanted badly, and Something's Gotta Give on DVD cuz she loved that movie. Then, my dad and I ordered her flowers and he's taking her out to dinner. I'm in florida, a gazillion miles from my mom, so. Yeah. no dinner for me, oh well.

Nothing.
(not to turn this into an argument or whatever, but don't go there, ok? I've been through alot of shit, and running away from her house to live with my Dad was the best decision I ever made.)

i'm certainly not going to start shit with you. you've got every right to make the decision on who you think is best to be taking care of you or flat out being involved with your life. i know if my parents got divorced i'd live with my dad, but that's only because my mom and i rarely get along. I love her dearly, but we just do not get along. Thankfully, i don't have to worry about that. I'm in college so i don't have to live with either, and when summer break rolls by, i'll be living on the coast at my Aunt and Uncle's beach house. It's nice having rich relatives. I'm poor as fuck but i still get to live like a king. I love it. Surfing every day. Yes in-fucking-deedy...

Sucks, my mum kicked my brother out, and he went to live with my aunt and uncle, they spoilt him rotten and moved to Malaysia. My brother came here, and my dads not too well off, and with my brother here, it's just making the money situation worse, I get worried my dads gonna kill himself or something, he's under so much stress :(

More the former, I try to help dad around the house, but most the time my bro just ends up getting in the way, and pissing me off, so I just spend most my time in my room or down town. Meh, I should shutup now, shouldn't really post this stuff in a forum.

dude, your fine. this community is a bit more understanding than most.
listen, spend time with your dad, help him as much as you can, and show him that no matter what you're gonna be there to help him out and that you'll always love him. As long as he knows that he has a good affect on you as his son, then he'll be okay. One thing i know is that the most crushing thing for any good father is to think that perhaps nothing he has ever said or done has helped his son grow into a good person.
