I just woke up and strolled downstairs to my computer, where I came to PSU first to keep current on the forum's activities. I see a whole lot of shit that makes my stomach turn. People getting banned, people uprising, the cries of "O F N" being shouted, flaming, et cetera.

I had to make this thread.

People, get it together. The people who have been banned will be back. Hopefully, when they get back, this giant storm cloud of negativity and bitterness will have passed. Hopefully the Spam will trickle away and hopefully people will learn to take their self-esteem issues out elsewhere.

We've all pointed this out before so I hope that me mentioning it here will drive the point home - PSU is an unusually tight-knit and caring community. You can see this in people's reactions to the bannage of Dhark, Viper, IHatePants, and the others. Let's keep this in mind the next time you click "submit post" full of hatred and spite.

In summation, I think we should all just take a step back and let these recent events change PSU for the better. Let's all think before we post and let's all realise that these people in the forums, whether we've met them or not, are our friends. Let's treat eachother this way, shall we?

Very cool post. When i origanaly came to these forums (before forum upgrade) The community was great and was getting better and up until the last few months it was still ggetting better other than a few things. and i really like the community on this site, everyone is cool and there are quite a few people that dont flame unlike on the official site. I think ive only been flamed like twice ever since i joined. but then again, i havent gone crazy on posting up until the last few months.

Yeah now I have to agree that PSU had some tough times latley but, I think that it's over now and things will be back to normal soon.
