Well my birthdays coming up around the 20th and i need to decided what to get. I deciding between Steel Battalion: LOC or Radeon 9800pro. (current Specs: Althon 2500+ Barton core, 1gig Of DDR 400, Radeon 9500pro, Audigy 2ZS,(( note: the card likes to act up)) ). Yes im open to suggestions too ($200 tops)

As much as I like Steel Battalion I'd have to go with the Radeon 9800pro for the simple reason that you can play more games with your PC if you had that card rather than one game with Steel Battalion. But then again... I have both. :D

I would get the video card , you can atleast play new games when they come out , Stell Battalion would prob keep you happy for so long , then once you are bored it goes on the shelves. Least the video card would still be used :)

yea frag ive tried everything under the sun. It doesn't OC well the softmods do jack shit.

id say the 9800, Steel Battalion is fun, but its not a game you can pick up and play, you gotta set time aside for it. that and you can play more games with the 9800. BTW, dont touch the omega drivers, not yet anyways, current ones screw up BFV.
