crazy planetside goverment idea.

My freind and I were Talking about planetside stuff and what it needs well i came up with every empire and sever there would be a goverment that deals with war plans and stragites to beat the other empires. Well there would be a War council made of senators. to be a senator you would have to have the following: 1) most be cr 5 and br 15-20. 2) be a outfit leader. 3) your outfit has to have 75 members or more. And since there are so many outfits there is a limit of 15 members of the war council. And for every idea they have its voted on. This could be done on a speacil web site were they can show the battle plans, plan raids and deside stuff. well my friend had asked me well what if the senators wernt doing a good job. well they could be fired or inpeached. Anyway thats my crazy idea. Please lend me your thoughts.

I'm afraid that this is simply not a good idea. One, every government would be huge: There are hundreds of Outfit Leading, high-ranking players on every servr, which would lead to Senators. In turn, you'd have to constantly deal with the leaders of Outfits like Dark Skyes and *******, which would suck . Private alliances are the only way to work.

The membership requirement of 75 or more people shouldnt have any bearing on what kind of leader the senator is. Just because the outfit is HUGE doesnt mean its any bettwe than a smaller one...
