I have heard that it may be a remake of the original, but I cant be sure. Even though I dont own a GC, I will keep an eye on this one.

Windwaker was a good game, if anyone actually played it. They managed to pull off the cell shading very well, and I, personally, enjoyed it.

Of course, this new Zelda will kick ass. :)

First off, Wind Waker is far superb with its graphics. I almost think it should stay like that. And just because its got that graphics, doesn't mean the game generally sucked. I say its tied with Ocarina of Time. Only thing i'm bummed about is that its not really Link you play as (only unless he's a really old geezer).

You probably have never even played the game. The game played well, and was probably the most original Zelda game since Zelda first came out. It had all the gameplay that made Zelda great, with a nostalgic feel of it's graphics. Stop the whining or else I'll have to call the Whhhhaaaambulance

I never play ZeldaWW. At some point I either just sucked or it got really fucking hard. Havn't played it since. Other than my short attention span and ineptitude, it was very well designed.

I played winwaker a bit. The cell shading was well done, I just didn't like the oversized heads and cartoonish look. But those bigass swords sure were cool.

Finally! A Legend of Zelda game that returns to the teenage-adult Link facing a dark and forbidding world! I loved the look of Link in the movie, made me think of my childhood growing up with the original Zelda games and imagining him that way.

I'll definately be getting a gamecube for this. It's also nice that Super Smash Brothers Melee, Pikmin 2, and Harvest Moon (not the gay ones on PS and PS2) will be on that platform as well.

[EDIT] And I loved the Conan theme song.

[EDIT2] BTW: Sputty? The child Zelda series really was absolute shit. They took a great series and turned it into Disney. I don't care if you liked the caroony look, it shouldn't have been in the Zelda series. Next thing you know they will try to remake Prince of Persia or Castlevania or even (god forbid) Contra into a cartoony kiddy game.
