Oh man... I killed a cat tonight... [Archive]

Driving home after spending the day and evening with dedenimuls :) I was driving down Route 9, about 0230... a black and white cat was in the left lane, and this stupid freaking cat ran right in front of me, and there was nothing I could do.. I hit it with the right front tire... felt the poor critter crunch and the car bumped up from it...

This is the second animal I have ever hit, the other time was a large white dog... a pack of them ran across the road and this stupid dog hit my back left bumper (they went from left to right across a back highway) and it spun, on its back legs shaking till teh 18 wheeler following me splattered it everywhere.

I feel like shit atm. I hope that was a stray and not someones pet.

well to balance the universe out i saved a baby sparrow last night. me and my brother were walking home in the pouring rain from the dojo, when he spotted the little thing soaked and freezing on the side walk unable to fly because of all the rain. so we picked it up and brought it home. i put him in a shoe box with some bread and water, then let him go this morning.

At leased the Dog was following it's pack and was accidently clipped just as he was almost across.... :tear:

I killed a bat just the other day. Dunno how it got in my house but i chased it around with a broom. I was just trying to get it out a window but i ended up smacking it pretty good. I thought i had knocked it out but apparently i broke its neck or something, I felt bad after that :(

When I was about 17, I was riding in my mother's van one morning when 4 kittens ran out onto the road in front of us. There was no time to swerve or stop, just BUMPBUMPBUMP. :( I saw one of the kittens get away alive, but the other 3 were killed. It was so sad... Even though I wasn't the one driving, I felt terrible for about a week... :(

One day during the summer a bird smacked into my front door. I poked it with a stick and it wasnt moving but was still alive, i guess it was paralyzed or something. But I couldnt let the poor thing suffer so I got my BB gun and put it out of its misery by putting a BB in its head.
