Yah, I used dictionary.com's translator. I don't understand most of it, but I think the gist is: Ramon sent these pics back to Sharon in Israel while he was speaking with him. And it shows two gashes in the left wing, but even if NASA knew about it, there was nothing they could do.

More than likely, it is just some camera distortion and not cuts in the wing.
