so I cant reactivate my old acct, and the free trial is gone now for non-fileplanet subscribers, right??? What should I do?

The funny thing is that I checked the "My Planetside" thing and my characters are still there, the only problem is that my password was wrong, then I tried to recover it and it said my account didn't exist.
