now, listen: if you create something *for* an organization as staff member of that organization, whether volunteer or not, that work becomes the property of the organization.

this holds up in court like an abrams in a 2kt breeze. i know this because i went through the same legal battle with my university's newspaper a year ago.

but that's not why i'm still pissed about it. i'm still pissed because i did you a favor by editing all that crap you wrote. i spend my whole winter break repairing your horrendous grammar; i'm pretty sure i spent more time editing this stuff than you spent writing it. and then, you were the guy who was supposed to put my work up on PSU; you said you would, but instead, you dicked around and never posted it, got fired, and immediately posted it on blackhawk's site without checking with psu first.

and yes, i am bloody well going to hold it against you until you do something about it.
