those factions vaguely resemble PS empires. they look like what the units were like around the time they arrived on auraxis.

which part are you getting? beta for 2? which id a download, or the original, im gonna say the original, im gonna point out right now there are bugs when in the breifing which will cause the people talking to look what they say forever, good thing is below them they have text of what is supposed to be said, its a fun game, try and keep as few people from dieing as possible.

GC2.... Terran Empire (TR), Northern Star Alliance (NC), Viron Nomands (VS).... looks too similar to PS.

EDIT: Faction-wise, of course.

I've been downloading GC2 trailers religiously, and I must say that the game looks like a real winner.

r3d's right about GC1, too. It was great fun.

no not yet, and i guess ill try it again, i wasnt too impressed, but hopefully they released another build that fixed some of the bugs that fucked it over for me.
