new PSU wallpapers

i'm getting caught up on some of my PSU work this weekend, which has included making some new wallpapers at higher resolutions.

Khaki, Shady and nostalgic are all good, in no particular order. chrome doesnt have much punch, blue blast is just bad, and triggar... well, yeah.

I'd vote for nostalgic myself. very sharp design.

If the text in nostalgia and shady (not the text shadow in nostalgia) was slightly brighter to make it easier to read then they'd be perfect :nod:

Nostalgia, Shady, and Blue Blast are all cool IMO. make sure to render some of them for 1600x1200 :)

i like blue alot, triggar is cool too. but, would it be possible to also get some wallpapers in the style of the comics? im not sure if it would take alot more effort or not, but whatever you can is more than good enough for me.

wow... the quote ones fucking rock... normally I would NEVER tamper with my wallpaper (I've had it forever and I love it) But I'm now quite tempted to change to one of those.

Problem is... I hate to go with an empire-themed wallpaper. I would prefer something that has PlanetSideish colors but remains a neutrality between empires. And hopefully contains the color blue. I also prefer darker wallpapers, so maybe something like your NC one but with grey for the warpgate and some other color for the "PSU"? That would be definately cool.

On another note, martyr, I know you now have stats on the channel in mIRC... any chance you could make one that uses random mIRC quotes? Dunno what that would involve or anything but it would be cool.

yeah electro - i feel exactly the same way about the colors. i'm working on a couple quotes wallpapers without empire colors.

also, i can't do much without *cough* paying for the full mIRCstats version - at least, not beyond the single random quote you see now.
