Ok, I have WinXP now on this comp. I know all about hacking that dll file (need a link tho)
What I want to kno is has anyone done variations to the original winxp themes. I like the setup of the original theme but they only provide 2 colors. Any ideas?

Get stylexp, and go to www.themexp.org (I think that's it)
They have tons of different ones, some of them just color variations, some of them complete modifications. And you can change them whenever you want.

So, if I am reading this right, you want to change the color of the original themes?

Go to the Visual Styles section. The theme things usually come with icons/wallpapers, but you don't have to use them along with the thing if you don't want to.

if you have style xp installed it reads the themes, then just double click the file in the theme you downloaded
Someone needs to make a PSU/PS theme. I would, but it'd suck... horribly.
