Subscription Problem

For some reason Planetside won't accept my (mum's) switch card :confused: it keeps saying the card number is invalid even though I've checked god know's how many times and I'm entering it in fine. Does anyone else have problems subscribing with a switch card? :mad:

i don't actually know what a switch card is.

google makes me think it's a european version of the mastercard... anyway, have you tried calling soe sales?

Yea a Switch Card is a debit card. Ive tried emailing SOE but they only replied blabbering on about their offers, which pissed me off even more :mad:. But I'll give ringing 'em a go.

mmm...it should accept Solo Switch cards.... I tried my HSBC and seems to accept it.
It also accepts Delta Vista/Link card, as im currently billed on that.

If all else fails, you should fall back on a Credit card.
