Gundam MMORPG

I used to be a huge Gundam Fan, until Cartoon Network ruined it. Gundam is good just not any of it being shown in the US. Anyway, in Japan and on show at E3 was a Gundam MMORPG that has been in development for a few years and looks good. It hasnt been announced for North America yet but I think they will because they showed it off at E3. Here is a link for you Gundam Fans, its got alot of Gameplay Elements from SWG as you can do anything you want but its teh non suckage.\

Also, it's made in Australia, yet it's Japanese only. :wtf:

perma death, if they do it right, fine by me, IE it doesnt take much to get your char where it was, and make the game itself fun, id like to to be action packed looking even if it was turnbased, like kotor.

I'm learning to avoid anything coming out of japan like the plague. Simply because it's become the country of choice for the "fad of the minute" clans out there.

When i watched DBZ in 1989 it was great. Whe nit came out on Western TV 10yrs later it was horrible.

DBZ English is for the disabled and blind, in the very same vain as Pokemon except pokemon was design to maim pure honest westerners into evil warped beings, DBZ was an own goal courtous of the some idiot editor and re-scripting writer.

You can avoid things from Japan, that's up to you.
Just remember not to watch your DVD's, on that brand new spanking plasma TV, or have a ride in that nice Toyota or have a go that PSP and PS3 or play FFXI.

I am in NO way an Anime Fan. The only ones I watched were the various Gundam series which I thought were great. Of course, until it was ruined by G Gundam.

It was the best of them all!
I tell what i found bad, Turn A Gundam, that was rubbish.

And in my opinion it doesn't get any better with Turn X Gundam and Now Gundam Seed.... :rolleyes:

not that I agree with tek in anyway but, thats why I drive a pontiac and play games on my xbox ;) :p though ya got me on the DVD's and TV thing... (recently caved in a bought all the GTO dvd's... sigh... :doh:

i would play any good MMORPG based on giant mechs or mobile suits, no matter the license. as long as it was a good game..

That's Super Deformed Gundam
Small little versions of them, that does funny things.
I've seen pictures of a 1:1 scale version of a Gundam X.
It was two stories high, made entire of plastic sheets, with fully waterproof pilot seat, and all.
Someone had alot of time on their hands apparently.... :rolleyes:

Original Mobile Suit Gundam was great but CN cancelled it because of September 11th for some reason. G Gundam sucked because all it was a stupid Tournament with about as much plot depth as UT. Gundam 0083 was great because it had this gundam that could destroy entire fleets and carried the BFG, I never finished watching that series but it is good. Im looking foward to Gundam SEED which looks really cool. Rent the 3 DVD Mobile Suit Gundam Box set for teh win!

I never saw anything in gundam...I've read some, watched a few movies (08th MS team).. but I only really watched gundam seed. eh, i dont know much about it
