a week ago a broke 2 toes skateboarding and i have broken shit loads of bones ranging from my legs, to arms, to feet, to hands, and i cracked my skull once. And lately i have been getting injured a fuckload.
Today on my last day of school i showed up with my toes busted and i havent been to school for a week, and my GF is pissed at me because lately i have beeen getting injured so much i havent been able to spend time with her. So she says that if i get hurt anymore she is gonna dump me. We have been going out since i finally escaped my ex GF (ask NoS or peace, they will tell you) and I think it is bullshit that i should have to quit skating just because she said she will dump me if i get hurt again. So WTFS should i do?

If you cant tell i am REALLY REALLY into skating.

Do you use safety equipment? (bare minimum would be a helmet).. maybe wrist guards... that's all I'd wear if I were a skater...

You're 14 and she's 14, right? She is looking out for your safety and stuff, but if you really like skating, keep on doing it. I love working on cars, and no matter what, you could not pull me away from it.

Look at it in this regard.. you are single now. You don't have to go crawling back to her, but at the least, be her friend. (sometimes it's not possible... but find a compromise).... but don't go messin around with her friend.. if you do, you can kiss your friendship goodbye.

Stay single for a little while.. see how it feels.. skate a bit.. but don't go crawling back immediately.. Tell her that you wanna wait a week or so, see how things are

And as for the skill.... you'll develop that in time. Just keep practicing. It's like learning to ride a bike.. you wont pick it up immediately and be able to bike like a pro. You're gunna fuck up and hurt yourself. It's part of learning. ;)
