The second one is from The Office, a piece of comedy genius that they have shown in America, but are refilming for the american market despite being perfect, though apparently the pilot went down terribly. That guy is the writer, director and star Ricky Gervais, who won 2 golden globes... remember?

(I mean really, Managers are just like in that show, i hate my pervious boss.)
I don't see how they can adapt it, or make it any better though i can understand that the pilot could of failed, you don't really get into it unless you watch 2 or 3 of the episodes to get it, just from one episodes can be deceptive in what it's about....mmm...Did i mention i hate my boss? :p

When I had the BBC America channel I used to watch The Office when I remembered it was on, but I'd watch Gram Norton almost everynight. I saw they are going to start airing Gram Norton on Comedy Central now.
