I paid my $9.99 for free trial but it says I don't have a subscription

Hello,

I paid my $9.99 through PayPal and downloaded Planetside yesterday. Although looking at my account settings it says I'm subscribed for 1 month, when I try to log in to the game itself, it says "You don't have a Planetside subscription".

So what do I have?? I've paid my money I want my free trial :mad:

Does anyone know how to get in to the game?!?

Also, has anyone noticed how much the official Planetside sucks atm? You have to continually log in to look around.

As far as I can tell, you need to buy the game in order for your payment to work. The free trial is just that, free, so I don't know why you paid money for a free trial...

The way you get a permanent account is to buy the game, register it, then start playing.

You bought the limited edition $9.99 deal for PlanetSide, right? Well, when you buy that, you actually get the game PlanetSide. Then, you get 30 days free, but to get that, you need to input a credit card number.

I don't know why they called it a "Free" trial, since essentially you are paying $10 for the game, then can keep your character and keep the game going for the usual $12 a month afterward. Kinda like the Windows XP deal, plus $10. :D

you need to put in your Credit info and subscribe even thoguth it doesn't charge you
