Need help with subscription problem

I had to do an emergency format last week without getting a chance to do a back up. I reloaded PS and it all loaded up smoothly but when I went to log on to play it said I had to subscribe, it also said click cancel if I had a subscription (which I do) so I clicked cancel and I then entered my name and password to log into the game only for it to say once again I need to subscribe. So I did and it says my Key has already been used by another subscriber....... any ideas what to do? :confused:

Err, if no one else has anything, the only thing I can suggest is phone them up and explain to them what has happened, they will either give advice or cancel the exisiting subscription so that you can start fresh.
