I think we played excellent. Ledley King played a blinder for one of his first games. If we play like that the rest of the tournament, theres no reason we can't win it. France got lucky this match, they wouldnt be able to do it again. If we ver nearly - and deserved to - beat the supposed best team in the tournament, we should win.

And yeah, America is the only country in the world where the vast majority of their sports are played only within their own country [and some in Canada]. And wow, if people in Minisota don't know that the european championships are on, they must suck!!

Same thing happened to the Iraqi Football team, except it was by Sadam.
I heard they made a new Iraqi National Football squad, im glad they can play without fear of death.
also heard they challenged british soldiers for regular games, nothing like having a friendly game of football to do all your talking with.

Gomez was a DEFENDER it was'nt his job to take people on, a defender is someone who stops the oppostions attackers from scoring goals in case you didnt know, i dont mind you taking the piss out of Football (Soccer) but at least get your facts right first :D
