Is there a monumental difference between visiontech, saphire, asus, and ati? There is certainly a price difference.

As for as quality goes:

ATI > Asus > or = Saphire > Vision Tech

Saphire has really good prices and is comparable with asus on quality. If you don't care about price but want to make sure your card is the top brand, go with ATI.

Not necisarily, you getting the same chip/memory in the most cane and realy won't see differences other than Bundled games/cooling. But Some companies do change clock rates and put in better memory, you have to shop around. thought i woudl put ASUS, ATI and Saphire as the top quality.

Powercolor has a reputation of clockin gup thier cards giveing them a slight performance edge thought you can OC yourself. I'm a fan of ASUS myself, i like thier PCB/Cooling layout. They are one of the few companies that vary from the Refference board Layout, and that can help performance as well.
