Ok, the fiance finally found something to do besides wanting to drag me along to her parents' so she can yack with her mommy.
She's gotten into the playstation (PS1) Harvest Moon game and is really enjoying it. She spent the ENTIRE day (except potty breaks) wrapped up in a blanket with my favorite pillow in our leather sofa chair, demanding i bring her drinks and "yum yums" every hour or so.
I must say it sparked my attention because I was a big fan of the SNES version, but I didn't stick with it because I thought they could do so much more to the game.
Anyway, while I was on www.gamefaqs.com printing out some hints for her, I decided to look up what the latest Harvest Moon games are.
I found one for PS2, and one for Gamecube. The PS2 one looks nice, but judging from the official and reader reviews it plays like crap (apparently it's Harvest Moon for ppl with ADD). The gamecube one, called A Wonderful Life, however, sounds really cool.
I'm wondering if anyone has it? If so can you tell me if it's worth getting?
One thing that Teresa said was very important to her was the length of the days. She wants days that are long enough that you can actually do some stuff in (not having to rush to do a chore then go to bed when it's done).
