The guy AMAZINGLY survived. He is in serious condition. Here is the story.

a sport utility vehicle struck a pedestrian at Edwin C. Moses Boulevard and West Third Street, after a PT Cruiser ran a red light and hit the SUV. The SUV flipped twice, then hit Scott Tegtmeyer, 42, who remained in serious condition at Miami Valley Hospital on Wednesday. The driver has not been charged.

thats crazy guys, cause its in the city wher my mom lives, Dayton ohio. i heard about that accident. doesnt surprise me either. It's in the area with a lot or crackheads and drug dealers, seriously. people get shot and stuff there all the time. I moved from there about a year ago cause the violence was not good to raise my kid around. About the accident, the guy that got hit was a homeless man and he survived. hopefully he gets paid from this and gets himself a place to stay and a job. anyways, just thought i'd give a little insight on this video.
P.S. we have those cams at all major intersections around dayton cause of this type of problem (prolly the crack)

No shit, I'm originally from Dayton Ohio, man I miss that place. I'm movin back in about a month. Now that you said Dayton, the background kinda looks like the UD campus. I'll have to call some people there to see if they heard about it.
