Ton of TR buffs to maxs, VS max ammo buff, general boost to all AV max projectile speed, NO buffs to other NC maxs.
Across-the-board buffs to all maxs (they take 3 decis to kill now)

Prowler got a 15mm, the pulsar got an uneeded buff, and the JH now fires suppressor shots.

Was the JH supposed to get any changes? I don't remember anything, so it might be a new bug... sigh...

Well, lasher uses energy cell ammo, but it can only hit stationary targets at that range anyway.

OMG OMG IT GOT NERFED!

DO you have any idea how many maxs will be running around? I am considering dropping scatmax and getting AV (or maybe *shock* AV MAX!)

Yea, in the test server we we saw how many MAXes were running around.

Some nice MAX battles.

I had fun as a cloaker sneaking up behind MAXes and placing prox mines then finishing them off with my knife.

They should get rid of Unimax with the addition of the MAX buffs.

Or hell, maybe up the cert point requiremtn on all the MAXes.

Pulsar has a similar ttk to the lasher, so I hear, I havn't actually tried it myself yet though.

I sense the death of VS HA and of infantry across the boards.

The only change to the pulsar is that it does more damage at range. At that range it's got a far higher TTK :)

Everyone's gonna take a MAX unit because they're what received and updat, and I suppose it was the testers' duty to try them out. Whether or not people take them up en masse on the live server is yet to be seen since they're still vulnerable to AV.
