Publishers usually announce games when they report their quarter numbers. The only thing I want CoD to have is more squad tactics not just some guy steaming DO THIS, THERES A NAZI, GET HIM. A better graphics enging, but most implortantly I want to order my squadmates to go foward not back me up. I dont want to be shot :( .

Still good news, Quake 4 is going to be great on the Doom 3 engine and Im not sure if I care about the rest of the new games.

CoD2 is definately a game to look out for, I just hope it lives up to the success of its predecessor...

Its being done by Infinity Ward, I wouldnt worry about it.

I think Ill buy CoD2 for the campaign, but by that time Ill be neck deep in DoD 2.0 multiplay.

Carmack had better be doing the engine for Quake 4. If he is, I'm preordering that bitch a year early. By the way, have any of you guys read Masters of Doom? That's a very kewl book.

Its Doom 3 engine, Carmack is doing the new engine for a new IP.

I most likely won't be getting COD2 because i'll be too busy with DOD source.

New Franchise.

Quake 4 is being done at Raven (Jedi Outcast, Jedi Academy) then Return to Castle Wolfenstein is also being done with the Doom 3 engine.
