is there gonna be a way to message people across the world?

will opposite teams be able to communicate?

I think they should just not be able to communicate across continents they should have to be right next to eachother like standard talking distance

There is no across Empire communication so TR can't speak with NC. From wha tI've head there is only continent based communication but I may be wrong.

hm, it is possible to PM people, I am not sure if it works across multiple continents. Doesent seem like it would not

there was the command in DAoC it was Send (player name): text will that still be in planetside?

pms will be good, but too bad you can't talk to an
enemy thats within talkin distance, or set to msg
all/allies/enemies

enemies should be able to speak with eachother if there in talking distance for a normal conversation. That way they could team up and then one guy would betray them and would screw up everything

Yes it was like that hoss - i dont recall the comand. It was /tell or somthing like that.

Well for me and my friends that play I'm setting up a teamspeak server so we can keep our hands on the guns instead of the keyboard, which reminds me, does anyone know if there is an autodrive/walk like in daoc. It helped for when u wanted to type but still wanted to head forward.

There is an autowalk, however, I don't know about autorun.
