Chat not working

Anyone know why I can't talk 'outloud' in the game?

I have no problems speaking in plat or squad.

But when I hit enter and type something in, its not said.

I reset to defaults but outside of the voice macros I can't talk openly to those around me.

Click options on the chat window and make sure local is ticked.

You probably are saying it, you've just filtered it out.
