View Full Version : Music Question
I thought this was interesting.
On my way home from wherever I happened to be at the time, My cd started skipping on track 5. This is a store-bought CD, completely legitimate.
Track 6, Skips.
7, Skips
8-10 skips.
11 is fine.
So, with this many damaged tracks, I obviously cant enjoy the full product which I purchased.
Now, here is the question - because I bought the CD, does that wave me from downloading the entire album again, to burn to cd, as a replacement?
Discuss.

Yes. I download the songs on all the albums I buy because I don't want to have to copy all of them from the cd. Plus sometimes they fuck the cds into only playing everywhere BUT your computer... Yes.

yes, you own the license to the album, the cd itself is just a physical representation of that license.
It might actually be your car's CD player. I know multiple people who've systems have started skipping on bumby roads. Make sure it's only that particular CD.
