I have to read books in Mysterious Moon Language this year for English class. :(

1. Grendel. What the hell is going on? Monster yelling at mountain goat, various references to hindparts of said goat.

2. Loneliness of the Long Distance Runner: It's boring as hell. I actually get this one. But what's a "Borstal?"

I don't know what a grendel is. A Borstal is a young offender (criminal).

Grendel is from "Beowulf". But since I haven't read that story since my sophomore year in High School, I'm afraid I'll be as useless as a chocolate teapot from here on out.

Borstal is a young offender's institute. So I suppose it could be used to refer to a young offender.
