Hi all :). I stopped playing Planetside a month ago, and that condition is semi-permanent. So now I'm looking for another MMO, and I've been thinking about CoH. Obviously, I want to try it out before I buy it and subscribe. However, I've Googled the trial, and no luck. Could some kind soul provide me with a link to the trial? Thanks in advance,

Short answer is there is no DLable trial. Hopefully it came with a buddy key and someone will be kind enough to buddy you in.

Ah, thanks Gunslinger :). I don't play often, so it's probably less likely to get boring for me compared to someone who plays often :). Would anyone who has the game be willing to buddy me?

I do its lots of fun, but make sure you like Combat MMOs because thats all there is to do with that said the game is fairly addiciting.

I dont think there is a buddy trial unfortunatley, if someone can prove me wrong Ill go take a look in the CoH box.

It's a great game and does not get too old too quickly so long as you have some friends to play with. Perhaps it helps to have friends on teamspeak that you've known for a while too. I play with 4 or 5 friends from sons of liberty and a friend IRL, and we have lots of fun. I'm not sure about a trial, but I will see if one of my friends who gave it up a while ago still has an account, maybe you can play on it.

I got pretty damn near the max level before I quit the game so I'm speaking from some expierence. The combat in the game is much more fast paced then any other MMO out there. The animations are awesome BUT all the characters are built extremely similar. In the end in this game the zones are dull, the only activity is leveling, and all fun is canceled.
