Now that all the little boys and immature ignorant children or the genetically clueless have spoken, let me enlighten you as to the reason women get breast reductions.
One, and not as importantly as Two, women get them reduced because of goggle-eyed retards who go around staring and can't make eye contact and treat them like a human being and equal.
Two, women get breast reductions for valid medical reasons that most of you probably will never understand or have to deal with. That valid reason is unbearable back pains. Large breasts on small, petite, or not-manly frames is hell - I speak from being personally involved with a woman who had them reduced. You might think it sucks, and being a swinging-dick myself I can agree on the one hand... then on the other, I've suffered back pains (though not because I have a great rack... although they are firm) and I know what that agony is like.
So before you go acting like fratboy retard, try using a little common sense. Not every woman likes being in pain just so that dipshits can run around saying, "Nice tits, wanna fuck?" Life is not the Man Show.
Triggar - please tell your sister I empathize with her, and I am glad she's happy - whatever her reason/s for doing it.

Totaly true. Just like guys with average dicks, what is it 6 inches or something? If you think that size matters you think wrong. A 4 inch penis can get a chick off just as well as a 6 can. You can't just do that alone - PT or its various "physical training" forms are designed to maintain your current state once you reach the plateau your body designs for you. They are also primarily designed for muscular and cardio endurance building. While they do in fact increase strength, the gains are minimal because a majority of the energy may go into toning or to increasing endurance.

Do the ones that target your upper body, specifically the chest region. Most machines come with a diagram of the human body and they highlight the areas that each machine works. It also helps knock inches off the waist, which does wonders for your wardrobe.
For best ab results, hold the weights at a dead hang, feet a little more than shoulder-width apart. Lean over to one side, and bounce back upright gently. Do about twenty reps of that, a few sets each side. You will be able to increase your reps and sets later on, if you do it constantly.
Yeah - it's hard work, but the end results are so much more satisfying, and don't cost much.

A key point to note here - if you're into body building, your body WILL stop bulking up and you will NOT get any bigger, unless you build up your legs. If you can't support your frame then your body won't get bigger. Ever notice who the TRULY ripped dudes are? They have powerful legs, they don't look like an upside-down triangle.

These exercises are designed to firm up/tone up, in addition to build strength and endurance. "Toning up" is the smoothing out and defining of features, for those that have no clue. We're focusing on chest and upper body, or specifically things to reduce bitch-tits and manboobies. So sprinting isn't going to help, and situps aren't going to do much in the way of contributing to that.
And from my experience, doing military PT five times a week for ten straight years, PU/SU/Run is not an effective combination for anything but maintaining your level of fitness once you've reached your natural base peak. To increase beyond that, you need to go above and beyond and start focusing on inidividual muscle groups, or a collection of groups. PU/SU/Run is neither varied nor contributes to a wide array of muscle groups, as they are the same three over and over.

I no one I know seems to know a good method to working out the arms. Can you suggest anything? For the biceps and espically the muscle thats like the opposite of the bicep, like on the other side of your arm, what ever the hell its called. Bizarro bicep? is there even a way to work out the forearm?

As for exercise... I do 1 1/2 - 2 hours of aerobic exercises (jogging, etc.) They build my heart rate and keep my Cardiac system in shape, jogging has also helped me lose about 25 pounds (200 lbs to 175lbs). For building and toning I do various things for 30 minutes - and hour daily... Sit-ups, Push-ups, lifting. I usually do swimming (every muscle in the body) but recently my aunt's pool has ben fuxx0rd and I don't feel like joining a club place or some such.

Triceps are on the back of the upper arm, opposite the bicep.

There's a very simple device for working the forearms. It's a short bar, long enough to grip with both hands. A piece of rope is tied to the middle of the bar, and on the other end of the rope you attach a small weight. Grip the bar in both hands and hold your arms straight out in front of you, so the rope is unwound and the weight is touching the ground. Keeping your arms level, wind the rope all the way up and then unwind it in a controlled fashion. If the weight is too heavy it will start working your shoulder muscles too. Bench, Lats, squats, military press. my main 4. Dunno if you guys heard of Jammers, those dont really work good though (for me). I think its just for posing, i call it the superman machine.

Give them a break. Otherwise you run the risk of overstressing something. That's why I masturbate with alternate hands, so I don't walk around like Dave Grohl in that Foo Fighters video where he had the enormous hand.
Bear in mind, you can selectively target several groups per session, if you're using a gym that has various weight machines. You don't have to sit there and do fifty sets of Butterflies every day. The people telling you to work the same groups every day are either doing something similar to focus-exercises, where they concentrate on several groups during a period, or they're fucking stupid if they work their legs day in and day out. That's my personal opinion, I'm not a sports medicine junkie.

For biceps, there's any number of exercises. The best one I've seen is a simple curl. I don't like working both arms at the same time because then it's too easy to get into a swaying routine to cheat. I prefer using one hand to brace and steady my elbow, and then I curl a weight in one hand, switching off after a set or three. Do the exercises slow - if you rocket through them, you're relying on stamina and you won't get anything done. That, and it just doesn't work.
Gigabein has a good exercise listed for you, for the forearms (aka brachiora). Use that, it seems to be one of the few ones that work.
For triceps and deltoids (just below shoulder joint, outer side), there are several exercises you can do, and again - the machines at most gyms will have them listed. If you've got a set of dumb-bells, hold your arms at a dead hang and then lift the weights up as if you're doing jumping jacks - stop when they are level with the ground, and then go back down. Do that over and over, using the repetitions/sets method. That one works best for me, but then that's my personal assessment - it may not work for you if you don't do it right (or do it the way I do, whichever).
Here's a good website that I found about five seconds ago. It has pictures and descriptions for each muscle area that is considered a normal workout target. I was going to take some pictures but that's a time consuming effort and there's people that already have it, so no need to reinvent the wheel.

Chest exercises. Namely, get your ass to the gym and hit the nautilus weight machines - not free weights, but the ones on pulley systems with variable weight settings. Do the ones that target your upper body, specifically the chest region. Most machines come with a diagram of the human body and they highlight the areas that each machine works. We call that "Private-proof" in the Army.
Alternately, you can get a cheap set of free-weights from your local Walmart or sports store. You'll need to develop a routine, and set aside time to do this. If you're a big TV watcher, you can do it during commercials. The one you want to focus on for the chest is what they call the Butterfly. It takes a while, depending on what you have to work with. If the material is there but it has to be converted from fat to muscle, it can be time-consuming. If it's non-existant, then you need to supplement your work-out with proven, reliable and safe supplements. I don't use any because I've been doing it for 14 years, so I can't really tell you what I use. I recommend investigating Stacker Two - also, check out WWE Wrestling for some of their ads - yes, it might be a little hokey or even homo-erotic, but let's face it - professional wrestlers are worth their weight in information because the good ones have to be buff.
