I myself prefer combat boots/Heavy foot wear, mainly cause I do a lot of construction work in my school.

skate shoes are bigger than the average shoe, but thats because they have a lot more padding which adds to the extreme amount of comfort. plus there pretty tough shoes they last for a long time if you dont skate in them

as for boots ill probably need to get a pair of wolverine gortex boots for the extreme winter up here

I normally wear steel-toe Doc Martin "combat boots", they're the same size as standard military combat boots. So I dyed the threads black, tucked in the tag, and wore them in my BDUs/fatigues.

Sometimes I wear sneakers or flip-flops.

Why have we not had a hobbit saying "I don't wear shoes" yet?

:withx:

Personally, I just go for boot-like shoes (hell if I know what you call them). You can wear em year round, they don't look bad, and they are tough enough for heavy work (and I need a lot of traction at my job).

(I'm talkin about shoes that have a heel on them)

I get a red X instead of a picture in Spee's first post.
Thats what the ":withx: " smiley is used to indicate ;)

edit- seems it was his sig that wasn't loading, but it now seems to be working again.
edit2- and for some reason I wrote Ivan instead of Spee... Probably because I just watched Ivan's Nurse video.

I wear merrel bootshoes. I say hat because they are a combination between boots, and shoes. They are light, have awesome traction, and are very comfortable. i;m going to have to go ahead and vote boots on this one.

I put on about 60 miles a day at work, so Nike running shoes for the win. I'd die (or have calves like Popeye's forearms) if I wore big-ass boots.

1) reebok classics(green and black) (i got screws coming out between every lace on one of them, on the other i have a row of screws going across the strap, a bunch of screws going into the rubber at the toe, and on one there is a beercap at the back, i love theese shoes because they are good for hacki sack, running, and fighting so i can wear these daily with no worries(wear these if im gonna be on the streets all day

2) doc martens(black), steel toe, 10 eye, im leavin these babies perfect, i dont wanna ruin them(wear these if im goin to be in the forest)

3) old ass converse all stars(black), they got silk or nylon i cant remember laces and the tounges are ripped out, im gonna get some jeans or something and cut a tounge out and sow one back one, but i usually wear these if im just chillen at a friends house(ultimat hacki sack shoes)
