Not worth it for a while.

They are both just Intel playing catch up.

Thats a craptastic mb. Only good thing I saw about it is the support for both DDRII and DDR.

Very few choices so far in the pci-exp oem market. Right now most of the support for it is from system manufacturers like Dell and Alienware. Around Xmas there should be plenty to choose from.
