Here's my favorite review:

This is a toned down version of my first review xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx I really dislike this card. The drivers were not acceptable. I could not get the card working correctly under XP or ME, and I generally know what I'm doing. Try to search for this chipset-all that comes up are laptops. The results I found for this card in 3dMark 2001 are all less than 1000. So, while the price seems right for a card with TV-Out, I was very disappointed He generally noes waht hez dooing!!1
