PSU: Mobilization Bravo SUGGESTION thread

This is a thread for SUGGESTIONS, not SPECULATION.

SUGGESTION: You have something to say about the (proposed) next Mobilization. A comment, idea, or something that could avoid problems and/or make it better.

SPECULATION: You just want to talk about PSU:MB. Make your own thread.

ADDITONALLY: Please indicate if you went to MA or not. Those with personal experience can show best.

BEAR IN MIND that PSU:MB does not officially exist. It is a vague idea. Don't start debating over the really specific things. Just improve the basic things.

I suggest the date be moved up by one week. Some schools start August 16, and some of us got shafted because MA fell on a school weekend. With air travel added on, you were missing two days, which parents didn't like at all. Of course, this is irrelevant for those who have advanced beyond Level 12 in any class. College has a super-massive vacation schedule and is not a factor. In any case, grade schools start earlier.

I also think setting up a small fund for donations helps, seeing as Triggar had to go into her own finances to pay for your gift boxes, you ingrates. Nothing too big, just enough to pay for the boxes.

If someone bashes what you believe in or your institution, you either fight back or you really aren't that into it, are you?

- Infernus is not a heathen because he is gay. Although I disagree with his sexual orientation, I like him a lot as a person.

- This is no longer a phase of drama that crops up and quiets down on its own. It's happened in the past with Spider and SDM, now it's SDM, Dhark, ObFrog, and to some extent, Hezzy and Infernus, Inf doing it just recently. Moderators can shout "/ignore" but more people will join in, and I just refuse to put a paper bag over the problem and pretend it's gone, not because I'm trying to be an asshole to the mods, but because I'm right, and I refuse to back down because of it.

I'll review these suggestions when Martyr and I plan Bravo. Martyr and I are co-coordinating this event because frankly, it's an arseload of work and I need help! We've already got a brief "sketch" of what we think the event will look like, and we're talking to Sony about it, so we'll keep you guys posted as things get planned.

Ok i was in Mobolization Alpha and i live in CA 2 hours away from san diego so

We could do San diego zoo, Sea world,hey even lego land,but we cannot do screen savers cause thats a 8 hour bus ride to san francisco, as for rooming goes 8 or 7 people per room was perfect for that kind of rooming,if the rooms are smaller then defanatly less people, as far as food goes maybe try to pick a buffet for dinner or some thing( its a blast zerging a buffet with 30 people( done it with 100)) , for funding i would collect little more than needed so you can buy prizes ,not stolen items from triggas closet, as for more woman i dont think its necessary and besides i think triggar ,jennyboo (and others that were there) were plenty cause they acted mature and esponsible,I mean i didnt go to PSU:MA for the chicks i went there for the vacation and fun. And also i heard that Trigga was gonna do diffrent packages to chose from , I wouldnt do any combination that would cause the group to split up cause then you are gonna have to keep track of them and have rides redy, if you wanna make package make some like that includes breakfest or some thing like that. As for more devs goes what we had is fine cause they were where we were so each of us had a chance to talk to them privately( i talked to T RAY for about 1 hour at universal). Lets see martyr would do a good job corordinating the even because he wouldnt want to do anything to jeparadoize his fun and he has trigga to keep him in check :D And when you do plan it please keep in mind that you do have minors attending(under 21) for picking the event. Oh and i just wanna say good job well done to all the admins,PSU staff,SOE devs and more who hellped put PSU:MA together with all the things that could of went wrong but didnt a job well done.
