OK, I logged onto IRC, and I see in the Channel Topic, "pushicon is banned."

I ask what a pushicon is, and I get banned from the channel :(.

I guess it's kind of stupid on my part, but I thought it was some IRC setting or something, and didn't want to accidentally have it on.

EDIT: OK, so Pushicon is some thing everyone just randomly decides to put on their desktop??? :confused:
