Ok, now when I make this image in Photoshop...

The edges look smooth as a baby's bottom, but when I save it as a gif and post it somewhere the edges are jagged, how can I prevent this?

Don't save it as a .gif
.gifs = jaggies = shit.

But if I want to keep the transparent background what else can I save it as?

Put the forum backround color in the picture and save it as a jpg

Yeah, GIF is bad. Drop the transparency and manually color the background instead, and save as a JPEG. Your edges should retain their baby bottom smoothness, though I doubt they'll ever be as smooth as Infernus's bottom...
Edit: Beaten. Screw you, Exo :love:

well that's gay as hell, this sucks.
Does a .png retain transparency? It would end up a larger file than a .jpg
