Alright I got picked to go on a trip to France, Italy, and Spain. Now I hate the French, but this is a good oppurtunity, and I get credits for school. Also one of my friends is goin too. So I'm askin if it would be a good idea. BTW it costs around 4,765 to go.
if you have the $ go for it. you'll have blast with a friend.
Well, though you completly destroyed the logical existance of this thread with the last sentence, I'll answer anyway. YES.

Go for it, you won't regret it. I went on a long trip to Germany, Switzerland, and Luxemburg once, and it was a blast. If you're able to go with friends, even better. Trips to Europe are great fun and gives you lots of experiences. Plus, they also help you understand the people of Europe far better, eliminating a lot of generalizations and letting you make your own opinion. I went to Germany thinking certain things about the Germans, but then left with completely different thoughts.
Go for it.

Why do you hate the French? Doesn't seem to be any reason to hate them...
Anyways, I would love to visit Europe... so I would go for it... wish I had the chance though.

Whats the legal drinking age in France? If your old enough for it I suggest going, if your not stay home and save that $4000 and do something useful and buy a car or something.

Well, if you really don't like the French, chase the ladies in Spain and Italy (yarr), and sleep in France.

Hottest collection of Women I'e seen was in Paris... So many hotties made this poor American get whip lash.
And honestly, as long as you try to speak French they really are not that rude to you! Just ask in French if they speak english and don't wear a Rope belt so they don't know you're american :)
If you like to travel go for it I personally hate it.

shiiiiitttt, if i went to france, id go in some cowboy getup, boots, large black cowboy hat, tight jeens, id find me a beld with a buckle of the Texas flag, and id sing that song, ride em up ride em down! i dont know the words right now, but id watch the original blues brothers to find out.
its not that i hate france, its that i hate their goverment, and i know that their population has the misconseption that Bush is a cowboy, now ill tell you you young whipper snapers, im closer to being a cowboy that bush, though, i havent been out to my ranch in a while.

Everay, it's the theme to 'Rawhide'.
Why go to France? Just drive up to Quebec instead.

Actually, Being in france a few weeks ago I can assure you that france does have one of the largest collection of hot women in all of europe. French people arent as prejudice as you would think. Unless you decide to run in insulting them, and putting their country down, they wont care if you are american or not.

And since many Americans are fucking idiots and go around bashing what they don't understand or bashing anyone that disagrees with them, that would mean that only the widely-traveled and/or worldly Americans would be able to avoid pissing off the French.
Gee, what's this? America has been around for what, 230 years almost? The rest of the world has had, what, over five thousand years on and off in various places? You think the rest of the world might actually know a thing or two about surviving, or about being internationally-aware people. Go figure - countries that think the new kids on the block are pretentious assholes. Yup, didn't see THAT one coming.

BTW, Quebec is pretty bad, depending on where you go(Montreal shouldn't be bad, but Quebec city and further north could get bad)
