need some help....any ideas?

I just got this problem today. Web surfing seems fine (actaully a little slow, SQL?), but whenever I try to open Gamespy, the system hangs. I can open task manager and see that it's not responding. I try to end task and can't do it. Then I try to shut down or restart from task manager and can't do that either. The only software I've downloaded in the past couple of days is kazaa, bulldog, ad-aware, and some windows updates, so I don't think any of those have any bugs to completely stall my system. Unless Bulldog is stopping Gamespy somewhere....Anyone have any ideas?

GAMESPY SUXX, try GameSpy3d, HLSW or AllseeingEye.

i just switched over to the eye. gamespy does suck. and kazaa has too much scumware for me to want to use.
