I dont know if id expect this to be a welcome thing from anyone who plays this game but it really is something important to the game and could be much better than adding any new stuff to the game. Not saying set back anything but it could be simple a addon also.

It doesnt matter. The people who join hte sqaud chose to say yes to it and should be penalized for acting that way after the fact. Its to hard to get anyoen who listens to even the simplest request. They purposly join for xp and and to screw around in them with the other people and they kill the squad and its there actions and mentality causeing it. There should be some way to control it so that if they want to do this theres at least some small thing to get them to make sure they check its ok and take some responsibilty for what THEY do in the game when there are others game play in consideration when directly related to the games infastructure.

you know you should just give up.The only time a character should be EVER deleted is in case of a banned account, punishment from the company , or if the player chooses. AND i'd like to say that i have never had the problem you are having....I kick the guy if he's not being a team player, and several nights i've had people waiting in LINES to get in my squad... I swaer one night I logged in and twelve people sent me tells asking for an invite...I had a whole platoon of guys who wanted to squad with me, because they liked the co-ordination.

Just learn to lead in a way that recognizes that people in this game don't HAVE to listen to you. Make it so they WANT to listen to you, instead.

I think this type of thing was referenced way back in an old Ask the Devs. They said that nothing like this was included because they did not feel that one paying subscriber shoud have power over another. It caused to many headaches, and some people do like to be jackasses and not follow orders., thats just they way they want to play the game.

Don't mean to sound like an ass, but whenever you have an idea about something, share it with your friends or something first. I practically never post here, but I read this forum everyday, and I always see you spitting out ideas that everyone hates. If you share your ideas with friends and other people you trust, they might tend to give you an honest opinion instead of shooting down your ideas and insulting your mother along the way. I don't have a problem with you, but you certaintly have a bad rep here. It took you how long to get this game again before you started speaking from experience?

So lemme get this straight. You sat here and posted BS and asked questions about a game you never played (but supposedly knew all about for years before it happened), for like a whole year. All of the questions could have been answered if you spent one day playing. All of your suggestions were old fucking news and you could have understood that had you played.

Good Grief. I'm with Hellbound, although we have 140+ members, only 50+ are really "active". Hence, we have to spam sometimes to fill up the squad coffer. But the simplest way to handle this:

1) If a squad member (non-outfit) doesn't follow orders...give him the boot.

2) Exception to #1: Unless of course he plays well and racks up kills fast which shares the BEP.

3) If he fits in #2, then you may as well keep him...unless a fellow Outfit member says LFS...then you have a disposable trooper to replace.

Look at it from another angle, if you could penalize insubordinate squad members, then CR5's can penalize you. Thank God that doesn't happen.

It should atleast stick in some of your minds that all I had to do was post a simple idea in a discussion forum and start getting endless personal comments made about me. And especially to those of you who think they ahve a right to say things because i had the gall to say something in self defense in a discussion that up to that point had nothing to do with you. I have intellectual conversations all day. The problem is, you're too ignorant or illiterate (or both) to understand what a conversation is. I'm guessing you're like this in real life, either that or just too goddamn lazy to police up your posts. I stick to the topic - I don't need to branch off into other tangents because I have this thing called focus. If the conversation goes elsewhere then so be it. I'm well aware of the fact that there are a myriad of other viewpoints, which is why I enjoy forum exchanges. Your shot-group is all over the map on this - you stick to trolling forums and making garbled, unintelligible posts, while the rest of us have conversations on a variety of subjects.
