There seems to be quite a few people out in the game that want to see the 10min or even a greater hart timer back. Moslty to bring bakc the socila time in sanc, the load of galaxies loding up and the fact teh player have to rely on players again. post your thoguths here to.

Err, I don't have ADD, but I perfer the 5 minute HART waits. No one is forcing you to take the HART, as opposed to grouping up. Infact, you're bound to stay alive longer if you do squad/platoon up...but most people don't know this. I usually use the HART if my outfit is already on the field, but we almost always form up in Sanc.

i would be fine with 10 min IF they add more social things like rooms to just talk and maby a VR race track for ANTs and ATVs.

I would say remove teh HART completely since Instant Action works fine for solo-er's, but if they had to have it, I would make it upwards of 20 minutes...

BTW my view, it need to be atleast 10 min, and hopefully more, that way people in sacn interact more. I want it like release week/month, were there were LFS /b and people debating over what was the better target, and even politics it was great imo, and all the peopl running around everyware, with galaxies loading up all over, made you feel liek you were acctualy at a military base instead of this deserted thing we have now

eh, I like the 5 minutes when I feel like soloing, but I think its a good idea to make it a 10 minute timer so people rely on teamwork more. but if that happens itll get alot of complaints.

5 min i am not paying $13 a month to stand around and wait and talk with other peeps when i can just use outfit/squad/command chat for that.

i don't use the hart, so i could care less. BUT, for sake of the argument, i think 10 mins would be good for our teamwork. Maybe u could use a special 5 min hart that would only be able to drop u a certain distance away from bases and towers, ie. the middle of nowhere. Naw thats a crap idea, im jk.

Either way, go ahead, change it.

Personally, i never use the hart unless for some reason it just happens to be there when i load up the game. But, i would prefer a longer (ie 10min) hart timer in favor of more time to make squads and better use of transport vehicles like the gal.

I never played when the HART was 10 min. Honestly I would rather it be 15. Cmon lets see some ACTUAL war not this rambo bullshit that we all have to put up with.

Btw to the ppl who say that they "arent paying $13 a month to sit around and talk" you have choices, like get a veh and DRIVE to the loc, or even join a squad with a gal, wait for the HART. Honestly though, the best choice for you, would be to quit the god damned game. Quite frankly your "Why pay to wait" attitiude is rather disturbing. What is 15 min in this game? A base cap? If you lack the time to play this game just quit. PPL quit from a surgile nerf, guess that this one could really happen.

10 min would be great i would love to see more organized things insteed of the zerg. I remember from a year ago where a squad or 2 would organise get in a Gal drop on a tower with a AMS driver and a hacker in the CY and the rest go blow the Gen and Tubes set the AMS up and hack the CC takes 15 min and the fzacility is theres none of this rush in not knowing what to do killing your own men in the cross fire.

Wow that is a long run on sentance with alot of spelling mistake.

Seriously, we're not going to go back to the days when galaxies were buzzing around the sanctuary, most people have their own vehicle transport for a start and don't need to rely on galaxies and squads for transport.

I used to be a big fan of the oldschool timer. However so much has changed recently that I think I prefer the 5 minute timer now. Even still I hardly ever use the HART because everytime I log on and hook up with my outfit, they are on a locked cont. Combine the fact that every evening about 2 conts will be pop locked and almost all the others will be lattice locked and the HART starts to be pretty usless.

The new players might not have the extra certs to have a vehicle and still have good weapons. they don't have an outfit and instant action isn't all that reliable. For me starting out as a grunt, the HART was the way to go. if they do make it to 10 minutes, they should make the hart wait longer so people just spawning have a better chance of getting to it before it leaves. Although when i was waiting for the HART, I got the Idea of putting an small Arcade in the HART building to pass the time.

I'm a die hard Galaxy fan and if i had my way i would make a outfit full of galaxy pliots, i would call this outfit the NC 99th support squadron.

10 minute timers are good. if you want faster, walk to warpgate, or maybe devs should add ziplines to the gates or them little portal things for those wanting faster travel to the gates. it was really boring in sanc a few months ago when the timers were dropped to like 1 minute, nobody was ever there talking. Maybe make tham different in each hart villa, like northwest=5 min, northeast=10 min, south=15. That be where we'd assemble our raids and such Just a thought

I think Juggalokilla may be onto something, maybe have the HARTs depart every 5 minutes, but it only arrives at one Villa. You'd get a little Flash of "HART arriving at South Villa: 1 minute" � la Tower caps.

ie.
South Sanc gets a HART arrive.
5 minutes later: East Sanc gets a HART arrive.
5 minutes later: North Sanc gets a HART arrive.
Repeat.

Im all for 10+ on hart timer. The only downside to that in my opinion, is if you are part of outfit squad, and they are allready on cont. You have to wait to get down to them. And for people who say, im not waiting, dont. Use IA to get to a fight ASAP.

designated squads full of gal pilots shuttling people from friendly bases to enemy towers/bases.

I would absolutely love the 10:00+ timer. I really dislike the Quake mentality that pervades much of the player-base today, and would like to see that curbed by an emphasis on teamwork.

As someone who bitched and moaned quite loudly when it was changed to five, I'd rather it stay there, much easier to link up with my outfit when the hart is available. I think some of youare a little bit overly optimistic (read = delusional) about what would happen if they pushed the hart timer up to ten minutes. In reality, I think it would just encourage players to cert single person vehicles such as reavers to let them go where they want to when they want to, instead of tanks and other multi-person vehicles.

Greater incintave to use Gals is the key, not the HART timer. I am sure the Dev team could come up with something creative. Perhaps even along the post BR20 advancement line

Wait wait wait...people use the HART?
Instant Actions usually brings me where I want to go, and I find flying a Mossie through a BWG far safer then dropping into a possible enemy minefield/tank convoy.
I really liked the longer HART timer cause when Instant action was broken and there were no BWGs it gave me time to chat. Now I see constant action and tend to keep quiet

I liked the one minute timer because I don't invite random people to my squads and I only squad with outfit so I don't care for the wait but messing around in the sanc is always fun so 5 minutes.

Incompetent is right, increasing the HART timer will not make random Gals more likely. Instead, everyone will just grab a cheap one-man vehicle or MAX and head to the gates. Personally, I love having the HART come often, because it means that when I first log in I can quickly link up with my outfit when they are out in the field, and I'm not without a couple of vehicles...

hart timers dont really need adjusted.. 5 mins is fine.. if you want to wait around for 10 mins, do so and then get the next one.... if people want to socialise or organise for a mass assault, then fine, do that, if they want to get right into a fight, even a hart timer of a half hour, will not stop them... hart timers are not what is changing the experience from what it was to start with, its the way the more recent cr 5s have been more inetersted in spamming with junk or ordering ppl about like they own the game... players just dont like it and get pissed, and often enough go do their own thing because no1 likes having a retard telling them to do the obvious.. i mean.. example culprit for this.. emerald.. vs... captmax or captimax... "we need to hack that base to make it ours" FFS!!!!! DUH! U DONT SAY!
my outfit are all on ts, we solo when none of the rest of us is on, and go wherever the biggest fight is... only logical... we either use hart for this, or wg if the hart cant get u there faster. when someone else comes on, we socialise over ts, and still manage to get to where were going and coordinate a decent fight at the same time.
its not enough people in the same frame of mind thats the problem... we lose conts because we dont get enough people there fast enough because you are all back at sanc spamming with junk, fair enough, it can be entertaining and fun, but dont complain about the battles lacking organisation and not enough people stayin at sanc to chat.. when 1. the point of a fps.. is to go out and .. yes.. have a good shooting spree... and 2... 70% of our current cr5s are 13/14 yr olds who are skillful enough at killing, but absolute crap at strategy and planning.

I for one I like soloing, I get a lot more kills that way. I also am undetected by the enemy because they don't see a huge army yet. Ahead of the Zerg by 20 mins, that's where the action is.
