I am Using a cable modem for my internet connection which goes into a 4-port router.

The DHCP cilent list gets all fucked up. Computer names are not showing up and we recive more cilents listed DHCP cilent list then what is pluged into the router. 5 total cilents we know what 3 of them are but that makes 2 extras.

your problem is that you use a Mac. please dispose of it and buy a windows based PC. that should fix it.

Sounds like it's gotten a good jolt somewhere and needs a good kick in the warranty and guarantee. :p
