Don Hertzfeldt for the win. :D

http://bitterfilms.com

yeah.. go there.

it's not for everyone, sure, but it is awesome. guy's won a shitload of awards and is very good. I recently saw The Animation Show that he did with Mike Judge and several other animators that were featured. Independent stuff. very cool. anyways, this may be *** to many, and it is, in fact, *** to me as well since i've been following this guy for almost two years now, but i figured i'd make him known to those of you here in the forums that don't already know who he is.

he rocks. :groovy:

Rejected is just flat out great.

my friend an i are working on an animated short using a 16mm camera and animation paper and cells (which hertzfeldt doesn't use.. amazing) and lithography.. it's great. Don's big inspiration for it.

don't download it off the interweb. the guy's independent.

buy the DVD... also, get The Animation Show if you can.. you won't be disappointed. i wasn't sure if i wanted to get both but i decided "why not". it was definitly worth it. :D

The site reminds me of a really old dutch one. May be the same person? The other one started with a guy typing words, and was really huge. One page was about his collection of chewing gum?

I've always loved rejected. It's one of those thing I show to everyone.
