Sims 2 Building Contest

Credit for the idea goes to Bio, but he hasnt acted on it, and had (what I thought were unfair) restrictions not everyone could deal with.

Basicly everyone designs a home in the sims 2, and submits it. Theres a 50k maximum price (to move a sim in) plus the cost of a new Lot (Large Lot 5 x 4, 12k ) making a total of 62k.

Houses must be on Large lot, submited to [email protected] by Next Friday (October 1st) at 5PM PST, costing no more than 62k.

If a house has a certain type of theme, please include it in text. No custom textures. Houses do not need to be furnished, but some points will be awarded if it carrys with the theme.

At the neighborhood screen (before you enter the house, theres the little white window that shows the lot information. there should be a 3rd button that appears once you've hit the information button. Email the file the game exports.

The husband is a fat black man named Shaquan, married to a red-haired, dreadlocked fat white woman named Catrina. They have a teenage, dreadlocked son named Lejuan, two kids named Lashundra and Demario, two babies, and Shaquan's fat old mother living in this piece of shit lenoleam castle with those wall lights that are just lightbulbs.

They of course have the bookshelf that's cinder blocks.
