If CC comes out for free, i and many others that paid for its crappy ass out of blind faith will be awefully pissed. That would seriously not be cool. But i know for a fact that it wont happen, as many questions were directed at if anyone can use BFR's, and they said on CC owners. Not everyone.

I want to think the BFRs are coming out monday. That seems like around the date that CritMass gave us at PSUMA. I forget exactly.

Yep BFRs on monday (september 27). I would recomend that people familarize themselfs with cave navigation. I.E. I know where every lil rock is on a cont, but I barely know where the lil warpers are in a base and where they go. Every1 get BFR ready in the caves. or we could cheat death once more and do a loop around the cave like a dog chasing its tail. :D Or we could do a long 2 hour struggle over 1 base due 2 pop increase.

Dude i hate to burst the bubble, but i guess no on monday. I would bet Friday, if at all this week. I think they are going for the better than sooner. I want them ready to go, not buggy as hell.

I seriously doubt BFRs will be the Monday announcement. Sporkfire said the BFRs may get to playtest sometime next week, and then at the end he and Sam went on about how you should "definitely keep your eyes on the Planetside website". I don't think it's going to be BFRs, as he seemed to genuinely not have any idea when the BFRs would be out. And the reason he didn't know was because they didn't feel the BFRs were polished enough for public usage.

So it's not BFRs.

It could be, but it wouldn't make much sense. Spork and Sam were asked when the BFRs would be ready for public use, and they both answered with genuine uncertainty, saying the BFRs weren't ready yet for everyone to use, and that they wanted to work on them/test them more. Then at the end of the show they both say with a lot of enthusiasm that something very cool is being announced Monday. This makes it very unlikely, to me, that BFRs will be available for public use on Monday. I think it's more likely that Aftershock is what they were referring to, only they mixed up the date. Or maybe there's an announcement coming yet, I don't know. But it would make little sense if after Spork/Sam's fairly detailed explanation as to why BFRs won't be on test in the immidiate future that BFRs were, in fact, released to test on Monday, only three days after they said they're not ready.

Crap, after I lay out $50 bucks for the game and $30 for cc, they are basically giving them away. Oh well, at least it will add more folks to CC. Heck, why don't they just auto enable everyone's expansion and be done with it (or at least sell the download for something far cheaper than the 30 bucks it's priced at now).

Hurray, can finaly post after four-five days wayting.

The big question is what we euroboys who plan to buy planetside will do.
It would seem that the "planetside + one month playing for $10" is till valid, but then I won't get to try the BFR's out. And the Aftershock price @ amazon says $20 not $10 and I don't think any playtime is included. If the real price is $20 and there is no playtime included I think I will rather go for the special offer (if its still valid) and buy CC later when the price hits $20. The TCO will then be the same as buying Aftershock for $20, and I don't have to wait untill the 18th.

Sorry if it seems I'm talking to my selve btw :)

Does anyone have any more information about these points:
-Aftershock price? $10 or $20
-Aftershock in Europe ?
-Any playtime included in Aftershock?
-Is the special offer i mentioned stil valid ?
