One of my friends (we'll just call him John) lives in a house and his roommates were supposed to be out of town this weekend. Three of us got together to grill some steaks, drink some wine, and watch the new star wars dvd's. I was feeling sleepy from a long day of working on my car and doing Air Force stuff, so I didn't feel guilty about zonking out halfway into A New Hope. Meanwhile, my friends decided it would be fun to break out the Jack Daniels and continue drinking. First, the dickheads kept harassing me and waking me up just cause they thought it was funny in their intoxicated minds. Second, John ended up puking and I got woken up again to help him to the bathroom. Fortunately, only a tiny bit landed on the floor and the dog got to it. Disgusting I know, but I was in no mood to clean up his stupidness. Third, one of John's roommates came home from his trip around 3:00 am and woke me and the other friend up, because John was passed out in the middle of the living room floor in a pool of his own vomit.... he had thrown up AGAIN. It is now 4:00 am; I just finished cleaning it up with no help from any of the other guys, and I'm never letting John drink around me ever again.

Conclusion: Dry-heaving at 3:30 in the morning when I'm sober has sort of ruined my weekend. Someone must be sacrificed.

Reminds me of my drinking parties. Im always the one drunk first and assholes never leave me alone. I got my leg burned with a lighter multiple times and have no hair in some spots. It was still fun tho, I went outside in his backyard to take a piss and next thing I know im in his frontyard playing with a hose.They kept trieing to get me inside but I kept spraying them and myself with a hose. Later that night I finnally had to barricade myself in a room to get sleep. Lifted the matress up and threw it against the door.

Ive actually had to beat the crap out of my drunk friend who wouldnt give me his keys. He said he was gonna pick up some stuff from his house but he could barely walk. Im kinda the same way, only I stop drinking when things get completely out of control (i.e., getting in fights, breaking shit, etc). I dont do it as much as I used to, only because I had to hide a beer under my shirt one time in the summer to avoid getting caught, and the other time my friend threw up all over my carpet. heh..."good times..." :rolleyes:

Then I came back to the United States and realised that people who need to be wasted all the time, or who get wasted to have fun, probably have really sad lives.

I was staying at a friends beachhouse (with a couple other friends) over the summer, hes pretty cool, hes 26, so he had a few 6packs in his fridge, and said he wouldnt mind if we had a few. so we have the brilliant idea to grab a couple beers at about 11 pm. the only problem I had was my other friend's parents were staying in a beachhouse less then a block down the street.

The main entrance to this little house is a giant sliding door, which takes up almost the entire front of the house. If you were standing in the street you could easily see everything we were doing. so we're walking a movie, and I tell my friend brian to check the door every once in a while to see if anyones coming (because hes not drinking). He checked once every 10 minutes or so. and at one point, just by chance, he spots my friends dad approaching the door. He's like "uhh guys...spencer's dad is coming..."

Im just thinking "shit shit shit we're so screwed." so spencer puts his beer behind the couch, but by the time I reacted, spencer's dad was opening the door. Thinking quickly/stupidly, I lift up a pizza box and cover the beer with it, and rummage through nearby trash randomly. After a quick conversation, he leaves, and Im just scared shitless, because of how close of a call that was.

Lol we were drinking at my friends house while his parents slept and I was passed out while they cleaned the place. Well they never took the garbage can with puke,broken shot glasses and beer caps outside. His parents saw that, a cigar that fell inbetween the couch and some beer in my friends car. Thing is this kids chinese so his mom didnt care and his dads American but he never really said anything but man Was I scared shitless. The at the same house while his parents were in China we were gonna have a party, well im grabbing some coolers filled with beer, a few bottles of stuff and Im like hell yeah party time. Well turned out his next door neighbor was about 10 feet away so I kinda ran in the house and hid the stuff. She was outside talking with my friends for like 30 minutes while me and the rest of my friends were insdie scared shitless that she was gonna tell his parents and stuff. Only thing she said I guess was no driving after drinking and not alotof people. But man I was so scared I had taken the beer and hidden it and put pop in the coolers in case she came in to check them. lol

I've only puked once on a carpet while passed out from a hard night of drinking. And it was in my own room after my Power Hour on my 21st b-day. Every time I've had to puke since was always into a toilet while concious. Carpet puking is not cool. Just wait... someday you'll be throwing a "killer party", and someone will puke on your carpet and be too drunk/passed out to clean it up. Guess who has to get their hands dirty then? I go to a school that is, for the most part, drug-free. We all recognize the dangers of drinking and drug use, as most of us come from a family with either drinking, drug, or marital problems coming from those problems. Then theres rich kids.

Not doing drugs or drinking is stupid. Its the continued us of them over long periods that is irriesponsible. I get high/drunk (Usually at the same time) about once every two months, and thats always on a three-day weekend when I have requested work off. You also learn alot about people when they are drunk/high. For instance I learned that a friend who I thought was a good friend really was a overcompensating asshole... when people lose thier inhibitions you see the real them, not the "face" they present to the public.


Once, JUST ONCE, I would like to have a conversation with Wubbya after 12 shots of absolute in under 30 min.

Also use your noggin when talking to people after you drank togather. I have had freinds admit to 2 attempts at suicide, patricipating in a miriad of scruplious activities, and stealing shit from me or other people. Telling them that you now know about that stuff is unwise when both of you are sober.

Life is about risk, avoiding it only stunts growing up.

Yes, im only 16. I dont come into contact with this sorta stuff every weekend or everything. this is a once every 2-3 months kinda thing. sat night was the first time I've EVER seen marijuana. I still have no interest to try smoking it.

And after seeing how addicted my friend is to cigarettes now, any chance (it never really had one anyways) of me trying that is gone out the window. He went through 6 cigs in 10 min.
